Texto ilustrado com fotografias a preto e branco coladas nas folhas, com desenhos trigonométricos e estudos geométricos da construção do astrolábio e do corrector de rumos (inventado por Gago Coutinho), acompanhados dos respectivos cálculos matemáticos.

Illustrated hors-text with the reproduction of an autographed portrait of both aviators, portraits of Ministers and Navy Officers of that time, and a folded geographic map of the first air travel from Europe to Brazil.

The text is illustrated with photographs in black and white, glued on the pages; trigonometric drawings, and geometric studies of the construction of the astrolabe and of the route corrector (invented by Gago Coutinho), together with the correspondent mathematical calculations.
