Impresso em litografia colorida sobre pergaminho, ao estilo das iluminuras medievais.

Encadernação artística em marroquim vermelho com belos ferros a ouro rolados sobre as pastas com motivos decorativos e florais, apresentando o super-libris da Companhia de Jesus no centro de ambas as pastas. O caderno de pergaminho encontra-se cosido à encadernação com um fio de seda, rematado pelo exterior com o selo de chumbo da Pontifícia Universidade Gregoriana de Roma. 

Ilustrado com uma grande letra P cromolitografada e outras letras de menores dimensões: G, S, J, M na primeira folha de texto. 

O referido texto é um diploma previamente impresso, com os espaços em branco manuscritos com o nome dos indivíduos envolvidos e suas categorias, nomeadamente: 

- Ludovicus Querini Collegii Romanii seu Pontificae Universitatis Gregorianae Rectore.

- Ramos Clemens tum scripta dissertatione

- suae doctinae specimen Bene praebuit

- Ramos Clementem DOCTOREM sive MAGISTRUM in Theologia

- Datum in Urbe die XX Julii MCMVIII

O último parágrafo apresenta os reconhecimentos notariais efectuados no território do Vaticano pela Secretaria de Estado do Arquivo de Sua Santidade, o reconhecimento na Secretaria de Estado de Itália em 23 de Dezembro de 1908, o reconhecimento na Embaixada de Portugal em Roma em 30 de Dezembro de 1908 e os selos de Pública Forma rubricados pelos Serviços da República Portuguesa, posteriores a 5 de Outubro de 1910.

Printed in coloured lithography on parchment, in the style of the medieval illuminations.

Binding: Artistic full red morocco with beautiful gilt tools on boards with floral and decorative motifs, having at the centre of both boards the super-libris of the Society of Jesus. The parchment signature is sewn to the binding with a silk thread, and finished on the outside with the lead seal of the Gregorian Pontifical University of Rome. 

Illustrated on the first page of the text with a lithographed large capital P and other capital characters of smaller dimensions: G, S, J, M. 

The text is a previously printed diploma with the blank spaces filled with the name of the people involved and their categories, namely:  

- Ludovicus Querini Collegii Romanii seu Pontificae Universitatis Gregorianae Rectore.

- Ramos Clemens tum scripta dissertatione

- suae doctinae specimen Bene praebuit

- Ramos Clementem DOCTOREM sive MAGISTRUM in Theologia

The last paragraph contains the notary certification made at the Vatican by the Secretary of State of the Archive of His Holiness; the State Department of Italy on December 23, 1908; the Portuguese Embassy at Rome on December 30, 1908; and the stamps with the signatures of the Services of the Portuguese Republic after Ocotber 5, 1910.
